I asked him to make sure it got to me safely. He definitely understood the assignment and went out of his way to assure me that he was all over it. The item arrived perfectly with a handwritten note saying he hope it arrived safely! The personal attention I received was fantastic. The way he handled my transaction has restored my faith in customer service. Kudos to the person who hired him! He was fantastic and did it all with a smile on his face!

Jen was able to tweek things so that the printer accepted the file and could function. She's wears a lot of hats and wears them all well! In addition, she was pleasant and professional.
