She greeted me right away as I entered the building (despite a line ahead of me) and was able to work through other guests quickly to get to me. We briefly chatted (no one in the store at this time) and she was just really lovely. Nina is a gem at this store!

Jeanette was very helpful on the phone, worked with me to get the large file transferred to the store, and oversaw the printing. Jeanette's high level of care gave me confidence that the job would be handled well, and my expectations were more than met by the experience. The job was printed quickly, bound, and covered and looked beautiful! Jeanette also made the checkout process easy by collecting several different orders into one package and gathering all the receipts and bills. I am more than satisfied by the experience and commend Jeanette's work. Thank you!

I needed almost 50 letter sheet prints in basically a one/two days notice before an art show and everyone here helped me so so much! Especially Silver! I even had 4 files that were the incorrect size, and one that was too large in file/data size and Silver helped me fix everything! He was so nice and very easy to talk to! I cannot praise him highly enough, he basically saved my art show. If you can give this person a raise or a bonus or something I think they well deserve it! Everyone in the store was so kind and helpful! Thank them a hundred times over!

I called another store and they told me I could print myself, so I went back into this store. Tried to print myself, and the machine wouldn't recognize my memory stick, so the same guy who told me they were too busy, helped me print the two pages for the self print charge. so, good ending, but why didn't he tell me I could print myself instead of making me leave and come back and why are your self print machines so old and glitchy? Either way, I will still use the full service print service and now know the self print is an emergency option. I figure this was just a one off weird one, but in the end I did get what I needed so...thanks. BUT better communication could have saved me leaving and coming back and better self print machine are overdue.
