Tory, used the fedex software to modify the file from my software to fit on the size to work. In addition, she suggested other options and was very clear what Fedex software could and could not do. Tory has always been one to listen first. I will bring in a non-standard project. She listens first and clarifies with me what I want and then does the work. I appreciate her listening. I like this fedex office and personnel. Hope you recognize this employee.
