    There isn’t a clear table of rates and my orders which are very simple (for a small business) are extremely overpriced more often than not. I asked about a rare table and was told it depended on the order. I expect a transparent cost structure.

    Haven't been in a while since my printer failed I needed copies of my tax returns new self-service machines were something I wasn't familiar with so a team member guided me through printing nine copies of black and white that came out six copies of black and white and three copies of color of irrelevant paperwork only to show a half inch circle of red the TurboTax logo $3 more than expected

    I was at the store to work on and to print some materials for a funeral in a hurry. I was under a lot of pressure. I ran into a glitch when I was tested a file printout that did not come out as expected. Tim Brown’s assistance with it and with the subsequent print order was absolutely fantastic. He was very kind and understanding. He made me feel less stressed about everything. He did an excellent job and I really appreciate his help.     Duene carefully packaged each item and labeled the box with the names of the recipients. He checked each address and made sure I took a look too. He is always very helpful.

    I came in because our in-office printer was unable to print out the certificates we needed. I came in to Fedex, and Samantha helped me. She instantly went to work, making sure everything lined up properly. At one point the copier in the store went down. After the issue was resolved with that copier, Samantha was back on the job. She was determined, and she did an excellent job. She demonstrated amazing customer service, skill, and dedication! Thanks again!
