    It was great with the young lady named Kenn? She does a really good job and has excellent customer service skills! She is a prime example of a very good employee and representative of FedEx. The guy working with her brought my experience lower. Not gentle with my package and just didn’t seem he wanted to be there. Didn’t seem like he cared and was just really dragging around. He packaged my item for the beginning and I really hope it’s not damaged as I didn’t see it after it was packaged. I’ll pay for UPS to package my item if I have to experience that again.

    Will someone please conduct customer service training for Zach? He could not have been more disinterested in serving me. Did not say thank you after I spent nearly $60 on shipping. Wasn't able to answer question crisply. Appeared not to care one way or the other whether I enjoyed my visit or welcomed my business.
