    I ordered ballots to be printed on legal size paper and cut in half (two per page), but they didn't have cardstock in legal size, so they printed them on standard paper, costing twice as much. It was "too late" to call me that night to confirm, and I hadn't asked for an estimate (stupidly). Thus an order that I stupidly thought would cost around $12-15 was actually $42 -- quite an unpleasant surprise.

    I ordered my prints at that time because you had a sales of 20% off prints over $75. My order was way above $75 and I didn’t get the 20% discount because I had bulk discount that I always get, but no one mentioned that when I was ordering. Therefore I was disappointed with the pricing.

    Delivery updated to arrive Jan 3, then 4th, with no status update since 12/31 online. Might as well use USPS. Because FedEx no longer delivers packages on time - “when it absolutely, positively, has to be there”. No texts, no emails, nada - and twice the price. Package tracing is useless.

    I have not had CUSTOMER SERVICE this good from any company in many many years. It was a pleasure to do business. I had Christmas cards made. I had photocopies made of multiple legal documents that were very important. I had to ship two different items in the same week and the staff was phenomenal from start to finish

    I feel bad for your employees at this store who work very, very hard. You do not have enough staff very often and I’ve had employees leave & clock out when they are literally in the middle of a complicated order or when there’s a huge line. They have told me it’s because the company does not allow them to do even one hour of overtime. That is ridiculous. That tells me you don’t care about your customers who just have to endure ridiculous edits when they really don’t have to…and it frustrates your employees who want to finish orders they started and want to work through the long lines to give good customer service. That’s my complaint - either hire more staff or be flexible about overtime when customers need help and there are long lines. You have great employees but you treat them terribly - and you will lose them.

    Was charged for something that I shouldn’t have been. When I pointed it out customer service representative they were very grumpy about the whole thing. I don’t know if they were having a “bad day” or what. But they were very grumpy and gruff the whole experience.

    Don’t know why an overnight envelope shipped Tuesday morning was still undelivered by 5 on Thursday. NOT ACCEPTABLE!
