It’s my wedding week and I needed signs printed. Larry was incredible. Patient, communicative and executed the ask PERFECTLY. I’ve truly never had a better FedEx experience. Would come back again just to work with Larry on a project.

We had a last minute issue with marketing materials requiring a less than 24 hour turnaround, and I had a typo giving the FedEx team an additional 24 hours. When I called them the morning I needed it, they were able to turn it around in three hours, allowing us to have all the required materials for our event.

The parking is always hard and the guy at the counter is always grouchy. The Black guy. I think his name is Vern. Has been there for years and is always so crabby.

The item I had printed did not turn out as I expected. When I contacted Jenny she went out of her way to make me satisfied. She had my order reprinted right away and made it right. Not only that but she thanked me for allowing FedEx to make thing right. What could have been a complete disappointment turned into a very satisfied customer. Please acknowledge Jenny's customer service skills. She is an asset to your company.

I emailed in an order. I never received confirmation that the order was received, and nobody called or emailed to tell me it was done. When I discussed this with the employee, she said we were busy. Am I supposed to just guess that you received the order and know intuitively that it was complete? Isn't it part of the employee's job to respond to emails and inform the client that the job is ready for pickup? The attitude is so LAZY and rude. (eye roll)
