    I have had issues in the past of team members not being very helpful or great at problem solving. This last visit a team member didn’t have art boxes that I needed to ship 2 pieces. She basically just shrugged her shoulders and said oops we don’t have them (after looking) and just looked at me. I stood there for 5-10 seconds waiting to see if she could offer a solution and she didn’t so I had to ask “so what can I do?” THAT’s when she offered to call another location to see if they had what I needed. After hollering across the building for someone to call the other location, another team member said that they did have what I needed. They found the art boxes and we were able to get my packages shipped. Team members who are supposed to be knowledgeable and helpful need to do better. I understand it’s busy and I was in no way disrespectful. I just think your people need to think outside the box and be better at problem solving.

    I placed an order for 2 sided bookmarks, they were Not ready on time and when they were, they were cut so badly that part of the words on some cards were partially included on others. We had to drive a long distance back and forth for these cards burning gas and so forth and we were upset that the order was so badly done but they told us to come back and they would redo them but they would add extra to the cost or refund the money. By then we would have spent so much in gas & time it had gotten irritating & I asked if they could just process the refund over the phone, they said no. I asked if they would consider at least a 50% refund because of the gas and the time it would take because of the error they made. They refused and said they would only consider a 20% refund. I was so frustrated at this point because of the attitude the person was giving me that I accepted it but after further examining the cards, they were so awfully misaligned I couldn’t see giving them out to anyone or see how the FedEx representative could have felt comfortable releasing such a horribly botched-miss cut product. I called them back and told them I would like to bring the product back for a full refund but once again with a slightly less than a nasty attitude the lady again refused saying that she gave me a chance to get a refund and even though a week had passed & I hadn’t received it she wouldn’t reconsider my request. I told her that I had successfully placed this same order 3 other times before and I was loyal to the FedEx printing office for all my printing needs & that she was risking alienating and losing a loyal customer … She said she would just have to lose a customer. I think that person was an extremely Poor representation of the FedEx Corporation. Sincerely, Cynthia Williams

    The store manager was so helpful and helped me print my papers I needed printed at the copy machine. He was so patient because I didn’t know what I was doing. I would definitely go back and have him help me again
