    The reason I don’t know the gentleman’s name was that he kept me paced very quickly and accurately with all questions I had regarding my packaging, shipping options and tracking options. He had just taken care of one person, rapidly then as soon as his desk cleared he got the next person serviced quickly, then I had my package as ready as I thought it could be and he helped ME rapidly and excellently and got all my questions answered, prepared my order package and got me rung up very quickly. As I stepped away the door opened and a customer came in and proceeded to request his help with a rather complex art packaging issue. He immediately demonstrated her options and took her to the side to show her packaging. The man just never stopped! He pressed on a such a rate that NO LINE formed - and he has an amazing recall of every little detail and option you could ask for. Please make sure he gets a promotion. I wish he worked where I work!!!

    Actually this transaction was fine. But my experience varies greatly. Most people do a very careful job packing. But others do not seem to try at all. I asked a woman to pack it carefully because sometimes my shipments get damaged. She blamed it on the delivery guys, and proceeded to do a poor job packing. I have never had a problem at this location though.

    2 day afternoon without a morning option is unaccetalbe from PA to NC. Also, I should have been told insurance would require a signature on the other end.

    Job was delayed because I requested a heavy quality paper and it had to be ordered. Not a problem. Also, one question is poorly presented. I EXPECT high quality service in East Liberty and always get it How Can the service then” exceed my expectations?” Please change your wording.

    Paul, who assisted me was fantastic. I purchased FEDEX EXPRESS, FEDEX FIRST OVERNIGHT, guaranteed to be there on 4/29/24 by8.30am. First, I received a notification that no one was home for delivery. It's a hotel. Somebody's always 'home'. I then made 2 phone calls to inquire as to why it had not been delivered. The representative on the second call assured me it would be delivered that day. It was, over 5 hours after the guaranteed delivery time.
