The self service printer only takes USB, but when Matt asked, if I needed help, I mentioned this issue and he was able to use my SD card behind the counter to help me print. The process was painless and fast. I was in and out in less than five minutes! Matt did an excellent job and I highly recommend him.

My grandma needed help with her refund and sounds like what my grandma was saying she didn’t want to help her in the first place. Got frustrated and She called someone over to help and that person who assisted was so pleasant and made her smile at the end and took care of it without any questions. Customer service is very important and she doesn’t have it at ALL.
