    The package that I dropped off on 12/31/24 with 2-day delivery has still not arrived at its destination. In addition, tracking the package is difficult because there are two shipments listed for my tracking number (283895343715) although there is just one package. When I click on the first "shipment" it shows that the package arrived at its destination (a Walgreen's FedEx in Homestead, FL) on 1/3/25, but my son went there on 1/4/25 to pick it up, and it is not there. He went back on 1/5/25 and it still isn't there. The second "shipment" listed shows that the package has been in Miami, Florida since 1/3/25. I called your customer service yesterday and was on hold for an hour and half and finally hung up.

    She welcomed me into the store on Saturday, 11-2-24, and helped me immediately at the shipping counter around 2 pm. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. I was so happy for the friendly help because I had just come from a UPS shipping retail store and those kids working there, did not want to do the work of wrapping up the artwork that I had to ship, wanted me to go to Home Depot or Lowe’s to buy a box instead of getting one from them, made fun of the price by whistling under their breath about how expensive it would be to ship it, and then mocked me while I was still in the store. When I went to FedEx, it was so much better and easier. I was very impressed.

    Team members were very friendly at drop off. When I picked up my printing several pages that were not requested to be printed were. Staff also missed giving me an additional larger page that would not have fit with the already packaged pages. I missed asking for the large format page, so that is my fault as well. Perhaps my printing instructions were not clear but no one called me to ask any questions. My bill was higher than expected due to overprinting and Is also paid for the large format that I never received. Again, staff was very kind- I just think they are overwhelmed and possibly undertrained.

    Simple binding job was quoted as taking 30 minutes, but I opted to pick up the next day. After an hour we called to see if it was, by chance, finished and was told "no", but they could do it if we wanted. When we indicated "yes", we were told it would involve a rush charge ?? Confusing. No rush charge was mentioned upon ordering, nor ever for binding a few documents. So, this is confusing.
