They are going to bid out the job they will let me know when they have bid. Week later no follow up. I call them they say they’ll get it done that day. No return call. Next day I go there and they say oh it will be $500. A week later- a week later- I get an email that they need a full bleed file. I send back to them within hour. Another week goes by I go to the store. no one in the store knows anything about my order. Someone calls the manager. He said he was waiting for full bleed file from me. I told him it was in his email (he then found it) and that I would be back later that day to pick it up. This was a TIME SENSITIVE project and you guys screwed it up royally and then they didn’t even offer me a discount. Totally horrible service.

When I walked in, the two team members who were working were each with other customers and more getting in line. The phone was ringing. Just very busy. Larry did a good job multi-tasking and my order was ready when I arrived. I was just so glad I didn’t have to wait because I couldn’t spare more time, so I am grateful that even though they were swamped, my order was done quickly.

- Friday, May 17, 20245 out of 5Rating 5.0I had submitted an online print order at UPS, I went to pick it up, they advised me that the online ordering tool had not been working in days. I had a receipt and submitted payment. They told me they could not refund my money and could provide me with my print job in about a week. I had court in two hours and needed 89 pages printed. I drove to Fedex, Connor assisted me with the quickest way to complete the print job and had the entire thing completed in less than 20 minutes, which was amazing, because I gave him 89 separate PDFs. And the price was cheaper than UPS. Connor was amazing, as my emergency doesn't mean it was his emergency, but he truly stepped up to the plate and rescued me.

I called Fed Ex and they were MORE than willing to help (even though they were busy!). I was greeted at the store with friendliness and the spirit of service. Fed ex pricing was better too!

- Tuesday, March 12, 20241 out of 5Rating 1.0I come to this location multiple times per week. Larry, the manager, runs it great. Unfortunately he wasn’t there yesterday. I came in to ship packages and there were two trainees at the counter. They had a hard time figuring out the shipping. The line was getting backed up with 12 people waiting and I myself waited for over 35 minutes. The assistant manager was no help. I suggested she puts a seasoned employee at the counter to speed up the shipping. She answered the girl with the trainee tag is not a trainee. It was a total disaster and the assistant manager has a lot to learn.

When I could not believe it was the first day for this efficient, accomplished person, she replied, "at this location." So she didn't know history of problem being discussed.She was the brightest, best person I have ever encountered at this store which I frequent often.

Apparently The box had a symbol that signifies dangerous contents (I had received home air freshener sprays in the box). The shipment was returned to my home as undelivered because of dangerous materials. When I took the box back to the FedEx office for an explanation I was given the above answer and an apology for not seeing that symbol when I initially shipped the package. I asked if the $88.82 for shipping costs would be credited or refunded for the mistake and was told no. In fact, I paid an additional $46.94 to send the package again.
