I always use this store and have always received very friendly, competent help.

I need to print something for a return and Carlos spent like 15 minutes helping me Eventhough I only spent 22 cents. He was very patient and helpful. I left with a very positive opinion of your store because of him. I’ll do more business here in the future. I might even spend a whole dollar next time

Screenshot of my QR code wasn’t working. Fong asked if I had the original email. She was pretty sharp in guiding me on how to use my own phone. It was fast and easy with her sizing up what box was needed and then getting my return ready for packing. I had to get t work and happy I didn’t have to wait for the packing. Fong got me in & out in less than 5 minutes!

I had to ship about 45 cans of 16mm films, mostly with footage from WWII. I do not live in the area and did not have any materials with which to package the cans, so I needed assistance packing up the film cans. (I had emptied out a storage unit I have in San Diego and needed to ship the contents, i.e. these film cans, to my home in Boston.) Carlos assessed what I had, worked quickly and efficiently to pack up the film cans (while also helping customers and addressing other shipments he had received that day) so that he could give me an accurate count on the number of boxes, their weights and the cost. I mean, he worked HARD. And he was so careful with the film cans. He treated them with a lot of respect. And he treated me that way too! He was very professional and it was clear that he knew what he was doing. He told me that he probably wouldn't be able to ship them until tomorrow because there were several shipments ahead of mine that he had to finish, which was fine because there is no hurry. Several hours later, he called me to give me an update that he managed to ship two boxes out today and the third would go out tomorrow. So he outperformed his earlier estimate. Then he asked me if there was anything else he could do to help and if I was satisfied with the shipment. I have never met such a conscientious and skilled employee at a shipping office before. I hope that Carlos is being recognized by his manager, because as a customer-facing employee, he is an excellent representative of FedEx.

I had the very best and friendly service by Fong. I literally was steps from walking out when she called out to see why I was so unhappy. She convinced me to turn around and asked to show what I needed printed. I am so grateful she gave step-by-step instruction on how to save what I needed to print. When I got my code, she took personal interest to make sure it came out better than what I had when I did it on my own. She went above and beyond to help me. I had no problem paying for the extra service; it was well worth it given the amount of time & effort I already lost doing it myself. This store has the best staff in SD.

I need last minute posters printed for an event. Fong went above and beyond to help get the order done & ready for pickup next day. I was excited with the result and will definitely return to this location for future projects.

I didn’t need help making copies today but I wanted to call out Fong for her assistance anyway. I needed alot of images that needed to be converted to pdf for my lawyer. She took time to explain step-by-step how I could do it quicker from my Apple computer. Another time she showed me how to format the files I brought in for printing and getting it printed EXACTLY how I needed. It takes skill to explain things in a way that is easy to understand. She is the reason I keep coming back to this store. She’s also helped me find the right box to ship packages too. This employee really does it all!

I am helped by Fong most times when I need printing done. She makes me feel like an important customer, one of the most professional and knowledgeable staff that’s helped me from all the stores I’ve visited. She is upfront about pricing and offers options that I didn’t think possible. And she is honest about when to expect my prints to be ready. I so love this store for the staff here. Miguel and Joey have also done great work for me in the past. They should be totally paid extra! I haven’t done a review before until Fong asked me on my last visit.

Prompt and efficient service. I had never used a courier service before but found it very easy from beginning to end. I called my request in and spoke to Fong. She was pleasant and informative answering all my questions. When I came in to ship, she recognized me from our phone conversation and came over to help me. I left feeling very happy I chose this location. My package arrived on-time without any issues.

Very impressed with the customer service. I highly recommend! After multiple failed courier attempts with couriers, I thought to give fedex a try. Price was little high but still affordable and the service was a thousand times better. The customer service person on the call treated my concerns with the utmost importance. When I came in, it turned out the Fong was the same person who helped me on the phone! She remembered all the details and suggested proof of signature on delivery. I am so impressed! I had no missed delivery and it got there on time!

Fong saved me so much time with getting all my documents printed. She is way more knowledgeable and professional than my past experience with FedEx. And she went straight to helping me ship instead of handing me off to another staff. It was the busiest FedEx ever. Fong looked so busy but I’m very happy with the time she spent helping me.
