- Sunday, May 19, 20241 out of 5Rating 1.0Just had a very unpleasant and dissatisfying experience at FedEx while returning a package with a pre paid service. While using the original box received to return it the cashier assistant lured me to have filler paper, without telling me what for not the pricing and charged me $4 for couple wrapped paper inside the bag. She charged for all but I asked about purchasing a FedEx box for the same purpose if it would be cheaper she avoided my question twice when I firmly asked again and she said it would be cheaper than the $4 for filler paper. I felt cheated as a costumer and that is poor consumer experience from FedEx. Instead of offering me all alternatives she lured me to the most expensive without any choices. That was poor experience. Mary should be ashamed of it.

I wasn’t sure if that option was even available anymore at FedEx but William made the entire process easy and seamless. I purchased a thumb drive to save the material for future use. William also helped to facilitate transferring the information on to the thumb drive. William was helpful, patient, and communicated clearly and effectively. Excellent costumer service all the way around!

Each person told him Ruben, was his name, their need and he directed each person where their needs could be met. He said to me that Will will be able to help you. I walked over to the counter and Willam said " Good morning, how can I help you"from that moment on everything was as smooth as a baby's bottom. Just great people here!
