I was promised it would be here by 10:30 the following morning and it took you guys three or four days to actually get it and I’m sure you have no intention of honoring your commitment and paying me back my money which I overpaid since it took you guys three days

Very polite and helpful at the office but the delivery was disturbing because the envelope was left on the sidewalk curbside rather than in the porch or by the door. It could have been picked up by anyone walking by. 😧

First off, If FedEx offers self service printing in the form of "printandgo" from your phone, why would a store associate not recommend that over the phone. After an online order was deemed to be unable to complete my order by the time I needed. I called in and asked a few questions. I was given a fed ex email for the store to send in what I needed printed, which was only four copies. I was never emailed back and had to call back in to see if it was ready. I was then charged a $2.50 fee for 4 black and white copies on top of the printing costs, that an online order only equated to $.96. But if there is a service with Print and GO WHY would the customer service representative NOT mention this and tell me to email the order to them. To also note, the Fed Ex store was dead. One customer and five employees. No one was busy. I'm just frustrated and angry that it costs me 4.10 to print 4 pages when it should have been less. I'd rather use a Mom and Pop copy place, if the staff at Fed Ex isn't helpful or knowledgeable of fed ex services and products. Do better, especially at the Vine Street location.

Didn't want to help with lifting the package. Pancake was over 50 lb and she didn't want to carry to weight and scan. Made me go passing the employees only zone to help her stand the box to weight the package on scale. Equal opportunity means you abide by the same rules. If you accept the job that requires lifting over 50lb and than you don't want to do the job he should kit.

I was having issues with the self service machine. And a team member came and helped me but the printer kept printing smeared copies. I was advised that even though it charged me to print, it wouldn’t charge me because it was just a “hold”. I ended up still getting charged for the bad prints and Rocio tried to help me at the full service but then said that because it’s multiple pages and she had a big order that she wouldn’t be able to do it till the next day. I understand that the back printer was busy but her attitude about it was very rude.
