I was at a conference all day but had an important item to be printed. I even debated about getting it printed at this particular one because it said there may be a surcharge but it was the closest. I had a full day of running around and responsibilities and realized it closed early so I called and told Sarah I was runnning late, but I was not driving so I had to Uber there and she told me she would wait and I was about 15 minute late and she was still there and very friendly.
