I called first thing when they open and Andrew immediately picked up and confirmed the order. Liseth called back to let me know I didn’t send one of the documents and help me find a way to get it over. Andrew was diligent in helping me resolve an issue I had with cc. Please pay employees that go the extra mile to make customers feel valued and overly satisfied.
