    I came by today to ship a care package to my grandmother. Tracey was such a help! She had the sweetest smile and left me with an at-ease feeling. She helped me decide on my packaging and offered to bubble wrap something fragile that I wasn’t prepared to box up. She recommended the 2-day shipping and it’s expected to arrive before the weekend. Thanks again!

    When I got there, I was helped by a man who was great. However, he went to lunch in the middle of my copying. I paid for 10 sets of copies. When I got home, there were only 7 sets. I thought something was wrong, but was told that the "job was complete".

    I VISIT YOUR STORE FREQUENTLY MAYBE TWICE A MONTH TO USE YOUR COPY MACHINE TO MAKE PRINTS OF MY ART. ON THIS OCCASION AND MANY OTHERS RAY HAS HELPED ME. HE IS A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTIVE AND KNOWS THE INS AND OUTS OF THE MACHINE I WAS USING. BY MYSELF I ALWAYS HAVE ISSUES SO RAY HELPS ME. WHICH MAKES IT GOOD AND EASY FOR ME TO COME BACK.     This was a rushed order via email and the team was VERY responsive. I needed this project completed within 24 hours. They completed the product quickly and most importantly accurately. I had assumed that our print job would not be able to be printed back and front due to the time constraint, not only did they make the back and front printing happen, but they made it look better than expected. This print/cut job was submitted around 7pm on a Wednesday night and I was able to pick up Thursday by noon.

    I needed to print color labels for an event and this nice gentleman was so helpful! He was attentive and kind. The labels turned out amazing and the price was less than i expected. This was a do-it-yourself project that I saved money on since I chose not to pay someone to design and print the entire thing for me. It wouldn't have been possible without you. Thank you so much!!
