He helped me with future shipping, saying the barcode would stay for 10 days and I can print my resume/cover letter from anywhere. I'll definitely keep that in mind if I'm ever in a printing bind. I don't own my own printer so I really appreciate being able to go to FedE for shipping and printing. Rob went above and beyond, and while waiting for my code for my printing label to show on my email he had been helping many others. Once I had my code ready he came right back, printed my label and shipped the package. A kind and very helpful person, thank you Rob!
