    There were three ladies who helped me in total. One called me over the phone because she noticed an extra text in my poster when she was about to print my sign. She told me I can fix it and resend the file. I was so appreciative that she caught my mistake! The lady who initially helped me send the original file with the directions on the business card was helpful because I was still confused on what to do. Then the lady who helped me after I received the code to my email and set up pick up time was so super helpful as well. Great employees!
