He took my original and said come back in an hour- he didn’t take any information from me but I said my name is APril. When I came to pick up my order, Carla rang me up and when I asked for the price she said there was a priority print charge of 17.50 added to my order but no one told me there would be this charge. When i questioned it Emmanuel came over and said “ i was too busy to tell you that but yeah, that is the fee for same day printing.” Had I had known, I wouldn’t have placed this order- in additiona to the fac t that both Carla and Emmanuel were very cavalier and basically told me too bad.
