    Rayelle’s assistance was OUTSTANDING. I needed help printing large posters to be shared with c-suite execs the next day and she made sure we got the job done! Without her, I wouldn’t have had the posters. Not only was she helpful, but she was extremely courteous, calling me to give me updates on the job.

    Rayelle was kind, professional and efficient. She made my entire experience seamless, with a smile on her face the whole time. I believe she is the manager, but unsure. If she was, she is a great example of what customer service should look like at her store, and it’s been demonstrated by the rest of her team as well.

    Both of your employees remained calm and professional while the woman in front of me yelled and threatened them over a package that hadn't even been delivered yet, and then went above and beyond to find my package in some other part of the hotel. All this in the last 10 minutes of the shop being open! They turned my mild frustration over an elusive package into a great experience. 10/10 customer service!
