    it would be helpful to have a roped area for a line. i did not know who had been helped, where the line was, or where i should go. there were a lot of people there and many of us were confused, however, once i was waited on, the service was exceptional

    Victor was very helpful in presenting paper and print options, and LaToya went over each of the cost options. They both listened to everything I said and - ultimately - provided me with a very satisfactory product.

    I paid over $500 to have documents printed. They were so disorganized that it took me three hours to sort through them to organize them. Double sided copies were made of documents that didn't go together, and an entire file wasn't even printed.

    I'm kicking myself for not remembering this employee's name. They are a tall masculine-presenting person with lighter hair and darker roots. They were working at the listed store location on May 2nd, 2024, at about 1:45pm MST. This person has assisted me before with a similar shipping need. They are a consummate professional, extremely polite and helpful, and made the process completely painless despite the fact that I was visibly frustrated and not my best self.

    Typically, I am just fine with self-service. When I do run into trouble, however, like scanning difficulties arising from improper-sized document and the like, I find that the employees are very helpful in either trying to get the issue resolved or, atleast put me on a different machine for the time being, in the process, actually saving precious customer time.

    Two budiness cards had wrong title/ wrong phone numbers and I paid 400$ for 15 cards and 50 brochures and the picture quaLity was awful. Tried to get 50 more cards was offerred that for 88$ and the later told 200$ first price (88)was for expedited, asked why it increased to 200, they said bc expedited, I said they said the 88 was for expedited ??? I LOVED AARON, he was amazing and helpful but the end product and price was jankie
