She asked Daron to help me bag the docs and get them into the store using the dolly. Daron was awesome!! He helped me in between customers to save time. Danielle helped with the bins and Keana was super nice too. They went above and beyond to help while also working with other folks arriving in the store. All the customers, myself included, enjoyed working with this team for all of our needs, I always go to this FedEx location for everything! They care about their customers, enjoy helping and teaching to make things easier. This team always gives above and beyond great customer service. They are awesome!! Please acknowledge their great work and dedication.

They told me they can’t do full bleed but could cut the paper down around the flyer so it appears full bleed, yet it would make the paper size smaller. I said the smaller paper size would be okay and they told me to email them the flyer to have it printed with the instructions to make it appear full bleed and confirming I’m okay with the smaller sized paper. I went to pick it up and it was double the price to have it cut down. I was not informed of this over the phone or not one responded to my email with the price. I paid an extra $1 per sheet to have it cut down with no knowledge when I placed the order or any response to my order with a price quote. I would’ve gone without the cutting down had I known it would’ve doubled the price of the printing job.
