    Please acknowledge the excellent customer service and expertise of the two team members who assisted me. They have always been helpful and professional and I think they are some of the best I've dealt with. I had a complicated print order that then needed to be shipped to the Philippines in a tight timeframe, and they handled it properly and with were so wonderful to work with. If you have a process where these individuals get the recognition they deserve, please do so!

    The FedEx office closest to my home could not complete my order because their binding machine broke.     The very nice lady who assisted me was very patient and helpful; I appreciated her assistance. However, as far as my being satisfied with FedEx with this experience, I am NOT! I paid over $21 to ship a book to my brother in OR (and this was supposedly a reduced rate b/c of my Delta Airlines "savings"!). I was to have the shipment arrive by 10/11 - however, I kept getting "updates" to it being 10/13 and now 10/14 (which is his Birthday - I should have used USPS; couldn't have been any worse - I am not happy with this and feel that I should receive a refund; not at all satisfactory; will use UPS or USPS in the future). I WANT A REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
