    I was in office to pick up my print at around 1pm on Tuesday. I do not know their names, but there were only two women behind the counter and the place was swamped with a wrap-around line. They kept their cool and kept everybody moving. Please look back at the schedule and give them an ice cream party.

    The woman who was working the counter had many *** in the air and took care of each and everyone in a timely manner. I believe she was a manager of the store.

    They were extremely helpful. It's been a busy week, so I am unable to remember the name of the woman who helped but it was extremely easy and valuable. My friends father died suddenly of stage 4 cancer. They literally found out he had cancer last month. These foam posters were for his celebration of life. He was a musician for a long time in this area. His friends made a circle in front of his foam posters and his instruments laying on the cases, sang his favorite songs. Thank you for that.

    I paid a lot to guarantee package delivery by Monday at 5 pm but package was not delivered until Wednesday at 1 pm. I should get a partial refund based on slow delivery. I will not use FedEx again when I need to mail a package.

    It seemed pretty easy at first till it wasn’t, did over night however it didn’t make it until 3 days later, then when I called to see what happened I could barley understand the person because the accent she had was so harsh, finally my understanding was it wasn’t measured or something like that again I couldn’t understand her, then I go to office asked them about a refund to my credit card for shipping because it was days late the guy was rude and short, then I call number on receipt took for ever to get a person and again could not understand this person either she had to repeat herself and all I got was call back in five days, I don’t have a clue if my credit card was paid back, I have never used fedx and probably won’t use FedEx again nor will I recommend using FedEx, horrible experience!!! so Hopefully when I call back I will be able to u derstand and request my credit card to be paid back for the delivery that. Was days late!
