    Robert didn’t have any customer service did not agree stayed in the bag and just was not helpful and like he was just ready to close or do you want to be there And also charge me $24 to make two copies from my email

    This team is amazing at this location. I will not go to any other store. I love that fact that they remember customers and their names. As well as treat us customers with respect and friendship. Makes it a great experience for anything we need help with dealing with shipments and production.

    I walked in FedEx with Megan helping a customer and Robert walking away from the register from helping a customer. He went back to the register and stood there looking at me for about 3 minutes without saying next in line, May I help you or anything. He walked away from the register and started taping up a rug. I actually thought he couldn't talk. Another customer walking holding two boxes, I mentioned to her as I waited in line that she could put the boxes on the counter. Then Robert returned to the register and finally ask can I help next in line. I was shocked because I thought he couldn't talk. Sitting in my truck writing this complaint, I witness a customer talking a box in FedEx. I saw Robert pick up the customer box and put it in his truck, and locked the door behind the man. I asked the customer what happen because he was upset, he told me Robert wouldn't take the box because the box was bent. Therefore, Robert put him out of the store, by picking up the box himself and put it in the back of the customer pickup truck. Another customer walked up and she was asking Robert to let her give the 2 packages to him that were already labeled (she showed me) he ignored her. Another customer walked up to find the door locked she simply just walked away. Robert is very rude and in my opinion since he doesn't value the customers he dont need that position. A leader should not act that way. A person in a customer service positions should not be that way either.

    I think the issue I mainly had was the person that helped me I think started today. But she was trying to have full conversation with everyone even when she was not helping them and holding up the line. As well it seems she spends to much time playing on her phone.

    Package was dropped off with return label to be attached. Was told original label would be removed but it was not removed which resulted in the package being delivered back to me instead of the address on return label.

    I wish that every store operated as well as this one. They are the best in the business
