The gentleman at the repair shop says he may be able to repair the damage. It is yet to be determined. I believe this was all annotated with the gentleman who dropped it. They called me to confirm condition.

Destiny called to inform me that my order was ready for pickup. Notably, the entire staff at the Shackleford location are very attentive to their customers. I have experienced working with other FedEx locations throughout Arkansas and there are none that echos the atmosphere, service, nor the quality of experience that the Schackleford location offers.

The associate was amazing and got everything done in 15 minutes (the same project had taken about an hour and a half to do at another company’s store and it wasn’t even done well). This was such a different experience!
