After looking it over and after seeing that the side of the box where it was dragged was very damaged I asked why he had been dragging it and didn't he notice how damaged it was? He refused to let me open the box and check for damage. He insisted the box came like that and that I had to sign to accept the package before I could even check for damage. I said I didn't feel comfortable accepting something that I had just witnessed him damaging. He started to take back my package and refused to let me check it before signing. This package is an out of stock piece of furniture that I have waited months to receive. What a nightmare it was to interact with your employee.

Alton went above and beyond to help me print our logo on the largest paper he had available, laminate the signage, and even helped me find where in the store I could find items to display the signage. The care and attention he provided to me was unbelievable and he saved the day for our company. I expressed my gratitude to him there at the store but I wanted to take the time to let Fed-Ex know as well.

Both Alton and Amy assisted us immediately to meet our deadline. We also spoke with Tony in the Avondale Fedex in hopes he could get the job done quicker. While he couldn't, both Alton and Tony were on the ball and ensured we got the quickest results with the most efficiency. Will use them again!
