The man who took my letter put it in a FedEx envelope, addressed it & reassured me it would be at the destination by 5 pm Mon. He was very professional, pleasant, & accommodating. To my surprise, the envelope arrived Monday a little after 9 am. With no mail on Sun, I didn’t expect that. I am forever grateful. It was a very important letter. Thank you.
