    I was in line but a team member moved me to another counter to help me ship multiple items going to multiple addresses. Everything was delivered on time. Usually the wait time is longer.

    The store team was great, but I’m very disappointed with the shipping process. This is a local shipment, yet it’s taking much longer than expected. It appears to be stuck at the Tempe hub after requesting to be shipped from Chandler to Gilbert. For such a short distance, this delay is frustrating. Next time, I’ll be using UPS.

    Overall, this visit and the gal who helped me was terrific....I don't remember her name, but she was personable, efficient and didn't have the sort of "ornery" attitude of some of the older guys working the counter there...AS an ASIDE< your prices are getting whacko...and, service on FED EX next day products are no longer reliable...I had an instrument sent that arrived a full week after when it was supposed to...You are starting to look like the post office in some respects in terms of reliability/delivery when you say it...THIS package (a letter) was sent next day AM at 130+ dollars..It arrive on time, but...not many could afford that...IT's ALOT....

    You have way more satellite drop off offices then you do actual packaging offices, and I think that needs to even out

    I cant remember the young man's name that helped me on Christmas Eve, but he was so helpful and I offered a hug to him. He is an asset to your place because he saw that I was a little ansy, and his calm demeanor and friendly questions about my holiday season made me calm. My day was great for the rest of the day thanks to that young man.

    It was a horrible experience! I went in to have 4 one page letters to Santa copied on Santa paper for my four grandchildren. I the letters, there were no typos. The letters did need to be centered on the Santa stationary that I brought in. I only had four sheets of stationery for them to be copied. I was told because they needed to be centered on the stationary that I would need to have the documents scanned and I could pick them up the following day. The cost approximately $42. I couldn't believe it, for 4 letters that needed to be copied. I received a call the next day they were ready. I went to pick them up, glanced at the letters because there were people waiting in line. I drove to my place of employment, parked my car and looked at the letters and could not believe what I saw. Numerous letters were missing in the letters that I typed. Three of them had all kinds of typo errors. I call them immediately and spoke to Becca. She said she would refund my money. I made another trip to get my refund and I asked if there was any way they could compensate me because I had to find more Christmas stationery because they ruin the letters. It looks like somebody tried to retype the letters and didn't know how to type. Ridiculous! The manager would not compensate me. He said they don't do that sort of thing. So I ended up ordering Christmas stationery from Amazon because the stationery that I initially purchased was at a craft fair and could not be replaced. Extremely unprofessional! Oh by the way they did offer me 20% off my next order. Haha. Certainly won't be back.

    I got there at the right time and had a 6-7 minute wait. Had I come in a few minutes later, my wait would have been longer. But I was in the store for less than 15 minutes. That seemed appropriate. Also, there was a small sign/announcement that said shipping by FedEx is cheaper than shipping at the post office. I appreciated knowing that!!! The FedEx associate who helped me did an excellent job. He was polite and efficient.
