Laya went to great lengths to correct the problems. She spent about an hour reprinting some documents and adding them into the spiral bound books. She cared about it being right and was so personable and patient. I cannot say enough positive comments about her. She really is definitely an employee to keep.

- Saturday, April 27, 20245 out of 5Rating 5.0Every time I come to this location, I am dumbfounded, Not because of the lack of service I receive or because of the lack of attention to detail by the staff here but contrary to the above it is because of this teams inability to amaze me every time I visit this location I am dumbfounded simply because every time I visit the team goes above and beyond what I think service should be I have been here numerous times and in the future I will return numerous more not because I appreciate the services provided by this company ( I can find that anywhere) but because of the services provided by the team that works here their values transcend the corporate structures and idealism of the current landscape and for that reason and that reason alone I will continue to do business here until that changes. Keep hiring people like the aforementioned in this survey and I doubt it will even happen great job team

Right when we walked in, Mike was smiling and just finished with a customer and put our frustrations at ease, we had our hands full with sharpies and tape, and he said don't worry, "We got you covered" it was so relieving because we were just so frustrated and stressed from our last stop.
