As a former sales manager I was delighted with her customer service skills and knowledge of her workplace options for my needs. Rose was engaging and helpful, which led me to wonder why her name badge said "in training" as she clearly opened the store solo and possessed excellent customer service and engagement skills. Engaging and helpful people are hard to come by, and if I was still in a management role, I would snap her up to be a part of my team.

I spent about $110 to have your location do a pack-and-ship--12 lbs going from Flagstaff to my home in NH. When the package arrived in New Hampshire, it had been ransacked by a FedEx employee. The main item, a jewelry box with jewelry, was gone. What was in the box was the packing material and my address--all of which had been attached to the jewelry box. Fed EX has THIEVING EMPLOYEES. And it was very hard to file a claim. And I haven't yet heard from the claim agent. And I can load the claim-report form. FedEx ***. FedEx has thieving employees. FedEx doesn't care.
