    My visit to the store was fine and the lady that helped me there was fantastic and very friendly however she did promise me that my package would be delivered on Wednesday, December 3 and I pad $30 to ensure this.. And once I started receiving notifications that my package is about to be delivered a day earlier on Tuesday, December 2 I reached out to Customer service a handful of times where I finally spoke to a man named Miguel (I recorded the call) and he promised me that on his end he sees it’ll still be delivered on December 3 and said to not focus on what the tracking says because sometimes the tracking doesn’t state the right delivery date I told him thank you so much. I just wanted a verbal confirmation and today, December 2, the package was delivered. I specifically did not want the package delivered today. I can never reach anyone from your team and if I do, they are just incredibly not helpful. They’re nice but not helpful. Your phone tree needs a lot of work and improvements. This experience genuinely makes me never want to use FedEx ever again I will literally rather drive a package across the states to someone than ever use FedEx ever again. I will only ever use UPS or USPS I will never ever ever ever ever ever use FedEx ever again.

    The visit there was not the issue it was when I received my product. It wasn’t what I had ordered and they didn’t offer to remedy the problem. The only thing they offered to make it right was 10% off of fixing it.

    The gentleman was so friendly. It was a Saturday morning. While waiting on us, he had two employees call in ill. He kept smiling and kept his very positive attitude!!! Amazing!!!

    Everything was very streamlined, efficient, however the pricing was ridiculous given the pkg was being shipped from PHX to deliver in South San Franisco, $297 and could not get 24 hr delivery. It took two days to get there and didn’t arrive in the timeframe that I was told.

    I don't believe he listened to me. I should not have had to pay for the parcel being returned to the sender. I don't think he heard me say I did not get the scan sent to me via Gmail. So I had to pay 15+ to return it. Not my fault. I won't get the $ back either. Does tick me off. I am sure you have a policy or something usually do. Sender screwed up. Not me. But I have to pay the price. In the words of the wicked witch "What a world". Wizard of Oz me
