    The visit to the store was outstanding. The problem came when the shipment was not delivered as promised. I was told that I would get a full refund and have been jacked around for three days by FedEx customer service. I've done business with FedEx for years, but the experience with Customer Service has been negative.

    Tried to overnight a phone to Oregon Friday morning. Didn’t arrive Saturday by noon like it was promised. Tracking showed it would arrive on Monday instead. I was ripped off for $157.

    I emailed over two small color print jobs (less than a dozen copies combined) similar to what I’ve done many times in past years. Dillon charged me a $2.50 service fee which I’ve never had to pay before. I would have used the self-service machine had I known that. And when I asked if I could pay for each order separately (since I plan to submit for reimbursement) he said I’d have to pay the $2.50 twice. It felt like he was just trying to take advantage of me. And since FedEx printing is so much more expensive than other places I only go to FedEx when I am in a rush and can’t make it someplace else. It’s always expensive but usually the service is fast and easy. However, this time there were four other people in the store when I arrived to pick up my dozen copies. Dillon was the only one working and I had to wait ten minutes to be helped. I made a mental note to look for a different place I can make emergency copies in the future.
