    I went into the FedEx office on Stapley and the 60 on Tuesday morning and there was one person working. I assumed it would be a long wait but the employee was so efficient they waited on all 3 customers at the same time, without impacting the other customers. While one customer looked up an address, they asked me what they can help with. While waiting for my receipt to print, they guided the next customer to the item they were looking for. This employee was amazing!

    We had to make two trips to ship my 3 containers as we were .45 over the daily allot weight to ship to get our American airline employee fed ex discount. The young man working first day seemed a little lost. Could not provide me a proper invoice or receipt so I could see the breakdown cost for each container and what the discount was given. 2nd day my hubs took the 3rd container as we had to wait 24 hours to bring it in. And the discount seemed higher. But we have no idea as I wasn’t given anything to let me know the cost before and after. Was disappointing to be just .45 over and they couldn’t help us.

    There was a young gentleman who assisted me shipping my packages. He was very friendly and patient as I didn’t readily have an address for one of the packages. He was calm and never made me feel like I was being silly for not being prepared. He was sincere and pretty awesome. Will make this Fed Ex my go to as I had a better experience than at the one closer to my house. It’s just a few minutes more but without the feeling of being an interruption. I felt like a neighbor/family at the Cooper Baseline store. They’re the best!

    Haylee was wonderful! She was professionaL, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely useful. I really appreciate all of her help and she needs to be made a C Suite Level Executive as soon as possible! Do not let her go!!
