    The store was great. But now my package is lost and the guy I called customer service is in India and cannot understand him. He does not know anything and cannot help me. That is ridiculous that I cannot get any help .

    So helpful. I am a more on when it comes to computers. We did computers one day and printing another. David helped us with both He gave us a clipboard so my husband in a wheelchair didn't have to keep rolling around to access things. Very thoughtful. The two things we had printed were done that day. Amazing! Disappointed it wasn't Kinko's, but it was at least as good as Kinkos.

    Super nice and attentive gal - greeted me upon walking through the door. She suggested best packing and sending options for my gift going to Boston. I was so impressed with her calm professionalism. I was even more pleased with my package making it all the way to the east coast in 2 days at an extremely fair price.     The cost of the job was never communicated to my daughter. She was unfamiliar with how it should have been handled. The cost of a simple printing was extremely exorbitant, and my daughter felt she had no other option other than to pay for it when she came in to pick up the printed material. She was taken advantage of. When I returned to the store to reverse the charges and return the material, I was told that they could not do that. I was advised by our bank to settle with the store because you never know how it will turn out when you dispute the charge. I found the way that it was handled to be very deceptive, and frankly, bad business. Rather than own the mistake of the employee and issue a 100% refund,The manager refunded 60% of the cost of the job and I returned the material. Either the employee needs to be retrained on the appropriate way of taking orders and communicating the cost of jobs, or the manager needs to be retrained on appropriate business policy. We will no longer do business with FedEx, nor will we recommend FedEx to any of our other affiliated groups.
