    The clerk was fine and friendly. The price for overnight shipping which technically 3 days as shipped Friday for Monday delivery,was outrageous. If it wasn't mission critical I wouldn't have done it. I could have bought a round trip ticket and rented a car to deliver myself. Would have if I wasn't a care giver.

    I was there on a Friday I felt that I paid too much to have my paperwork shipped and delivered on Monday. I also received an email from Fed Ex that my package would be delayed and not be delivered until Tuesday. Which really upset me. I called and a case was opened and I was assured it would be delivered on Monday. Next day should have been Saturday.

    Problem was the first time I sent the package. They didn't give it there so then I had to come back and resend the package and didn't get no money back for sending it. The first time when you failed to deliver it. It was the same address. I sent it to the second time and it made it there first time. It took over a week to come back when I overdided it. That's what the problem is. Thank you and have a good day.
