This trip I asked about the flat rate shipping and he was very knowledgeable and took the time to show me everything involved to see if it would fit our needs. I really appreciate him being there to help me with our shipping needs -- because I have been going there so long he sort of knows me and recognizes me and greets me with a smile. It is nice. Also, FedEx has ALWAYS gotten my package to the destination on time and in one piece!!

He was short with me & made me feel like I was wrong about a shipping label when you could tell he was racking his brain to remember the policy. The guy was on a power trip. A drop off package should be a no-brainer. More training is clearly needed or he should find a job not in a service industry.
