    The Phoenix store did a great job, but when the package was redirected to McLean FedEx office, they lost the package and my brother could not pick it up. Was it stolen? An employee signed for it. This is very distressing as it was a $1800 painting that he paid me for. Tracking number is 771660578233. I will get the police involved if this painting is not found. There is no excuse for this. I have never had a problem with Fed Ex before and will have to use UPS now as I can't trust FedEx. This will cause much financial harm to me if it is not found. I could only put $1000 on this as a value as that is your max so I will be out $800.

    I have Derek help and create “the design concept.” I can tell him what I envision, and he makes the idea a reality. When I go, I only work with Derek because he is the creator. I never go to another store because of his stellar creations. You are LUCKY to have DEREK on staff!!!!!

    Advised us to use our own boxes. Spent more than $500 on last two shipments. They failed to tape the bottom of boxes enough. Items fell out.

    You need to make clear that there is a $2.50 charge on FS orders under $50. My order was about $150, bit I got charged the fee, because I need 25 of the 85 flyers right then, and I was told by Diana V they could only print 25. The Cost of the 25 flyers was less than $50. It is nit the amount that is upsetting it that it was not mentioned, and that my total order was broken out into two orders.
