    Hello, my print order was a simple one and had been emailed the afternoon prior at approximately 5:30 PM. Although the order was requested for the same day, if possible without incurring a rush charge, I had made it clear that I did not need the order until the following morning and did not want to incur that charge. Two documents had been attached with their corresponding instructions. I did not receive a reply. Email confirming the order had been received as requested so I had to call the following morning to confirm. When I visited the store to pick up the order I saw on the receipt that I had been charged a rush or stat fee after leaving the store and reviewing the documents I saw that the 18-page color document had been printed on both sides. This would not have been a major issue. Had the image not been printed upside down on the backside. These were to be used for a meeting that morning, which I was not able to use. The second document, and only the second document instructions requested a double side print for the single page document I have the email with my original instructions which clearly do not request double-sided print for the 18 page documents. So, not only did I not have the necessary documents needed for a client meeting that afternoon, I will now need to make a trip back to the store to seek a refund for the three sets of documents as well as the stat fee. The charge for this was over $100, so this service is expensive to begin with. I understand mistakes happen, but this was clear and definitely should not have occurred.
