There were no labels available to fill out and stick on the Priority Express envelopes, and regular gel ink smears on the envelope surface. I went to FedEx, was offered help immediately. I provided my ID and the ship to address. Robert did all the rest, and the nicest surprise is that it cost $10.95 to match the USPS service!

It was shipped from a FedEx facility in Phoenix (3rd Street and Greenway) on October 21, 2025, made it to the Dallas FedEX facility on October 23, 2025, and has been in that facility ever since with no further updates. I have reached out to Neiman Marcus 8 different times as well as to FedEx and still have an $850 on my Neiman Marcus charge account for two pairs of boots that are no longer in my possessiion and have not been for going on two months. Ridiculous as your rep told me to reach out to Neiman Marcus which I stated I had a total of 8 times. Awful service and still not corrected.
