Her tag said she had been with FedEX since 2023, but she acted like that was her first day on the job. She couldn’t even find the paper on her own. She had to ask for help. I requested 6 pages of printed images. She asked me return later because it would take her longer to print. She quoted me $28. I don’t know what she did or typed in, but I paid $50.33 when all was said and done. She told me that she didn’t know how that happened. In the past, Jeremy and another young lady helped me with similar print job requests. They were efficient and very experienced! I will only return, if Jeremy is working, if I need assistance in the future. Dani was working beyond her pay grade. …….and she wasn’t in a good mood at all. She acted as if I was bothering her. Maybe I was, since she had no idea what she was doing.

Seems like they would have asked first. When I asked if they could redo it in black and white it would take a few more hours. Seems like someone would have have had more common sense to do black and white or at least ask before giving someone a $300 print out.

Micheal was very helpful and diligent in ensuring that we got our orders put in that night to make sure that we’d have them by the next day, he even stayed a few minutes after close when our orders took a bit longer than expected. We both successfully printed and presented our projects thanks to him!
