I had forgot to bring a banner with me for a tattoo convention. The FedEx store was closed for the Fourth of July so on Friday I put my order in at 8 o’clock in the morning, and my banner was done by noon. they exceeded my expectations by waving the same day print fee for me. I didn’t even ask them if they could wave the fee. I knew I dropped the ball on bringing the banner with ,I was expecting fee. The three people working that day are great people that are working for your company. They are kind they’re willing to listen to the customer. It doesn’t just take one person it takes a team of people to do a great job.

I had previously had poor experience at other shipping sites and prefer FedEx. Upon my arrival I was greated, asked if I needed help, and then immediately provided great customer service. Not only did they assist in packaging my items, but sought the most cost effective shipping options to get my items there on time. A class of 3rd graders are going to be extremely happy with their items thanks to your great customer service! All staff members at the store were friendly and above helpful! I am greatful for your staff!
