- Tuesday, June 9, 20265 out of 5Rating 5.0Excellent service from the staff at this FedEx location. They were efficient, courteous and thoroughly professional throughout my visit. I did, however, witness a rather unpleasant incident involving a disgruntled female customer who was quite aggressively berating a male staff member in a manner I found entirely unwarranted. The gentleman handled it with remarkable composure and grace. I would strongly encourage management to have proper protocols in place to protect their team from such behaviour, as it creates an uncomfortable atmosphere for both staff and fellow customers. Please do look after your people, as they are truly doing a wonderful job.

- Thursday, April 2, 20265 out of 5Rating 5.0The young lady who helped me was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. She gave me options and I appreciated that. The reason why I shipped this letter via Fed-X instead of other carriers, I wanted the Fed-x name on what I was sending. 100% of people will open a Fed-x box or letter. I can't say that for the rest of your competitors. And no, I have never worked for Fed-x and no know I know has worked for the company.
- Friday, March 27, 20261 out of 5Rating 1.0She said she would put an THOS SIDE UP sticker on my package and apparently she didn’t, so the package showed up looking like it had been run over and a glass candle inside was shattered!!!!!!
- Monday, March 23, 20265 out of 5Rating 5.0The actual visit to the store was excellent. However, I had to drive 50 miles round-trip because they closed the office in Prescott Valley, which is many miles closer for me. I think that the office in Prescott Valley should be turned into a smaller venue like the one in Prescott that I visited and wouldn’t require so much staffing? However, I understand how things work and manning power and cost to pay employees but you’re in the service business and making a person drive 50 miles round-trip to mail a package is unacceptable.
- Monday, March 23, 20265 out of 5Rating 5.0All good.
- Thursday, March 12, 20265 out of 5Rating 5.0It was asomen!!
- Thursday, March 12, 20265 out of 5Rating 5.0Very popular store, as Prescott Valley has no full service stores.
