    There was a sign for fex envelope $10 I asked for one they said they only had these so I got one and then the total was under $30 I asked about it saying it was a s 10 and they just said well that's not a FedEx envelope so I asked again for one and they said that all we have so you have to pay for the one just under $30. On top of that the package was delivered to the wrong house and took 2 day of calling neighbors to find it.

    They were rude, condescending and impatient although they themselves were slow as dirt. They treated us like we were doing something wrong or suspicious just because we had a package to ship. And as a company I feel very strongly that it is NOT NECESSARY in any way to scan my drivers license. The entire FedEx experience left a nasty taste-I won’t ever go again unless I must for some reason.

    I paid for overnight priority and envelope was to be there the following day by 1:30 pm and arrived 40 minutes late, which made the reciepient unable to meet his transaction deadline. The store personnel was very knowledgeable. It was the transport that was the problem.
