He offer to help me resize my images to meet my print size specifications, and because of this we were able to catch that the image was not working and needed to be corrected. He helped save us a lot of time, frustration, and was still able to help us get the order done within our short timeframe. I hope he gets a bonus or kicker for all his hard work because it’s clear that he’s a great employee and cares about customer experience.

The FedEx office in Scottsdale is one of my favorites: always responsive when I need service, equipment works well, keep supplemental supplies like tape, whiteout, etc stocked. All staff are consistently professional and friendly.

Normally I use the self service printers for simple print jobs but this was something that needed upgraded paper and color printing. Connor was extremely helpful, it was great to see a high level of customer service at a time where it isn’t very common. I was impressed with the printing but Connor specifically made the experience great, offering to help with the cutting/finishing of the project. Thanks again to Connor

I then e-mails a zipped file on Wednesday to print. I picked it up Friday went home and assembled my book and then tookit bck for mailing. This receip was for my pick up when I paid for the zipped coies. Matthew was vr helpful but it was Larry who I spentmostof my time with. Larry also helped box my mailing. EVERYONE in this office is so extremely helpful. They also communicated very well withthe people who are standing in line to execute mailings. I cannot say enough about the team in this office.
