    I was shipping a package to a small village in Switzerland. For some reason it didn’t come up on the computer. I had two Emloyees helping me and trying to trouble schoot until they could make it work. It took quite a while but at no time I felt rushed…the opposite, they kept apologizing while they were trying to make it work! Great team!! Dropped off my package on December 8th at 1 pm ( sorry I don’t have any names)!

    Walking was easy, help was granted tonight me right away. I payed for overnight package. Package was supposed to be at destination on Friday early afternoon, package did not arrive till Monday afternoon!!

    I asked agent to overnight my envelope. He asked if by 8:15 pm was ok. I said yes. Didn’t arrive so I check my receipt and it gave an arrival date of the following day so didn’t meet the deadline

    Your team at this store is excellent, helpful and really nice. Having said that my first encounter last week wasn’t good and I asked to work with someone else. A lively gal took over and it was perfectly executed. The first employee kept muttering things out loud that were sarcastic. I told him to stop. So this was the first time I had encountered that.

    The employees greeted everyone when they came in the door when I was being helped. I had the package with the address on it and the return label and the gentleman was remaking it for the FedEx label, but he put the wrong return address on it and I didn’t catch it until the second package and then I asked him about it and he said he couldn’t change it so that was quite disappointing to know that it return address was not correct And that he couldn’t change it

    I was shocked at the price of an overnight in state shipment being over 60 as I know you were not flying it as I am in the logistics business. The CS rep was rude! I said google said it was 24. If that’s incorrect you guys need to update that info. I ended up doing 2nd day & then he rudely ask for my ID but didn’t tell me why? I was shipping a letter not a box. I ask why and he said rudely do you want to ship or not? Another guy came over and explained the ID so I gave it to him. Eli needs to learn customer service and be able to answer questions.

    I was very pleasantly surprised how quick and easy the process was to not only purchase the box but also to come back later and ship it. There was no weight and both experiences in the store were very pleasant.
