    Gaby was rude and unprofessional. I typically use the self service scanner, but she insisted that I take my packages so that she can scan them. Then she insisted that I tell her what was in the box. I explained to her that I did not pack them so I don't know. She then said I needed to make sure to find out beforehand next I drop them off. I explained to her that we also give packages to drivers and also to other Fedex drop-off locations and never have to divulge that information. Additionally, we sometimes have expensive items therefore don't want everyone knowing what is inside the box. She then proceeded to give attitude and said that its her policy to ask. I informed her that it's our company policy to NOT TELL. If you're asking what's inside the box to advise customers of items being fragile and to purchase added insurance, then say so, but your so-called policy of knowing what's inside the box isn't company wide, therefore, it's NOT A POLICY. Drivers NEVER ask to know and other stations don't ask either. I used to work at SMOA and never forced customers to tell me what's inside the box, nor gave them such attitude, such as what Gaby gave me. Additionally, the manager at this location, Shawna has a very condescending way of talking to customers. She might want to lighten up or take a refresher course on how to talk to people, who ask questions. I hope they open a new location soon so I can AVOID this place altogether. I own a business and if things don't change with this location, I'll need to take all my business to UPS.

    From the moment I walked in Drea was there to greet and assist us with a smile. Was helpful throughout the entire transaction. Great customer service and would definitely hire her!

    The woman that helped me was more interested in visiting with her co-workers than helping me. She also never asked if I needed a signed receipt which I would have paid for. I felt like a real bother to her.

    I was met at the counter with a very outgoing pleasant person. She informed me that the company I was returning the package to generally provides a postage paid mailing label. Rather than delay the return I decided to pay for the shipping. At that time your customer service employee made several attempts to help me save money by trying to repack the item in another box or bag. As it turned out I ended up using the original box. I was really impressed with the service and extra effort I received to ship this item. This is an employee that FedEx should be proud to employ. So often customer service is less than adequate, however this experience was thoroughly pleasant. Thank you

    Spencer was very helpful! I print a variation of the same custom agenda/appointment book every year, but this was my first attempt at printing it half/booklet size. Spencer called me to confirm the print and cut were exactly what I wanted before completing the order, and made sure it was perfect!

    We had 55 lbs of Christmas gifts to send to Haines, AK for a family in need. These two girls packaged them in two boxes perfectly and originally the system wouldn't let us send it to Haines, AK, but they were persistent and finally on the third try, there were able to complete the order. They were friendly, helpful and persistent and professional. The package got there in two days and we were very pleased!
