There were two people behind the counter that seemed preoccupied even though there was only one other customer in the store. The guy behind the counter seemed impatient when I asked for help sending a fax, then laughed when I asked which screen to use (he said the self service screen was right next to me). This wasn't a busy time in the store and there were so many better ways he could have approached this situation. I would have even waited if he'd said "just a moment." I don't expect white glove service for such a small task like a fax, but I do expect some common courtesy, especially when I am one of only two people in the store. I will not return here.
