- Thursday, June 20, 20242 out of 5Rating 2.0The sales person at the Fedex on La Cholla in Tucson on June 15th at 2:51pm used the word guaranteed delivery on June 17th (Monday) for $47 instead of Tuesday for $44. I was inquiring about the $10 delivery but she said it was not a guaranteed delivery and may not come as soon as you expect the 3 day delivery.I chose the $47.55 One rate option instead but the delivery ended being June 18th anyway. Do not use the word guaranteed for June 17th if it is not delivered by the 17th. I really should have my $3 back. Did not expect this from Fedex.

He makes sure my print jobs are always to my satisfaction and always helps me figure out the best solutions to ship the artwork while keeping costs low and ensuring the prints are safe in their packaging. My workplace tends to have me print and ship things at the last minute, but Reggie is always very patient and helpful with my requests every single time. I greatly appreciate working with someone like him and wanted to make sure he gets the credit he deserves for his wonderful customer service.

She packed my stuff and got the right size box at a dollar and change cheaper then the post office. Super pleasant to work with. Had a nice exchange of shipping stories.

Had to have by Monday @ funeral program & funeral was Tuesday AM….and I was going to fold them to save $$… NEVER got a call, text or email that programs were ready… came by Sunday to check, but office was closed! Came by Monday, Bobby said paperwork showed I was called, I explained that I only have 1 number… my cell which is always with me & showed him no calls… Bobby said can’t explain other than what is noted…. He Didn’t really seem to care about the inconvenience & stress for me. On the upside….the quality of paper & colorization were really very good…. Just too expensive at $1.60 a copy! Will go somewhere else for future projects.
