    I had some detail cards shipped to the FedEx and Brent was so kind at helping me cut them in half. I cannot even explain how amazing his service was and assisting me in the smallest thing. I was planning on doing it myself but the way he jumped in to help, made my entire day!!

    Good news/bad news: if every store manager was as sold as Brent, I would ALWAYS use FedEx Office. He was helpful, he guided us through the process, and was top notch with his customer service. He made us all look good and that is what a partner does. If all your store managers were 1/2 as good as he is, FedEx would be my go-to. The bad news: he tends to be the exception and that is why I give more than 75% of our printing needs away. That being said, I’ll use Brent 100% of the opportunity that I have.

    It was my first time in in years for self-service color printing. Admittedly hesitant, Abby stepping in to reassure and guide me... answering a question or two along the way. Her high energy and willingness to help made the experience that much better. I returned to the same location today for self-ser scanning because of Abby!

    Brent helped me with my passport to make sure my picture and info was correct…above and beyond . Because i was sending to a PO Box he said i needed to go to post office/UPS but the beauty was he helped me make sure I had what I needed. He was the only person there in the morning and had several people . He greeted ALL of them with a smile, professionalism, and swift in his skill. Very pleasant and helpful

    This visit concerned bringing in my college age granddaughter who was extremely frustrated with trying to solve her problem. Eli was very calm and sympathetic in working with her to the point that she got her problems solved. He even showed her a desk where she could work on her computer in solving the problem.

    Brent and his team always go the extra mile. I am amazed at how many tasks they juggle for multiple customers at the same time. The positive culture and collegiality among staff in this store is so refreshing. I wouldn’t get my printing done anywhere else!

    Fes took the initiative to assist me with selecting the proper mailing envelope and initiating the shipping process so that I could send the package before the 4:30pm deadline. He finished processing my shipment at 4:27pm! As a result of his initiative, I was able to successfully make the Tuesday shipment date. I'm most grateful for his assistance, competence and application of common sense. I hope you value him as a key employee!
