    I mailed an envelope to Canada and no commercial in voice was offered to go with it. I got a call 2 days later from Monica who said the letter would be returned because there was no invoice. I returned to the FedEx store where I was helped by another man. There was disagreement between he and Monica what was needed. I filled out the invoice that was emailed to Monica. There is a disconnect between the store and the shipper that needs to be resolved. I had to return a second time to the store and lost 2 days in my shipment.

    The team member did not attach the shipping label to my package after the transaction. She placed my unmarked package with the label not attached on a shelf. My package was delivered but to avoid mixups the label should be attached asap.

    The person who helped me stopped helping to do someone else.( they were not busy) and did secure my package in front of me. Meaning they did Not tape it nor did they put the label on my package in front of me. That is NOT ok. I come to fed ex to feel safe and for the customer service. And to over night was supposedly $280. If that's right then I won't use your service any longer. Thats way too much
