what a complete failure...I paid $261 to send an important package overnight and told them to text or call me so I would always know the status but I never got any messages. All I got was that the delivery was delayed and delayed, so then I kept checking and two nights later I discovered fedex said in the tracking that delivery was attempted but no one was home, all a lie because the fedex picture shows that the driver on saturday took a picture of the gate to the community, then drove away and he never attempted to drop off the package. No signature was required and fedex does have the code for the gate and the recepients sat home all day saturday so there is no reason that the package could not have been delivered other than the driver didn't bother to. And so it was not until the next evening that I discovered all of this and no attempt was made to deliver the package the following day either. I want a full refund.

I told her my sister needed the package the following morning. Paid for overnight shipping. She said it would be there by the next morning at 10:30. It was a Halloween costume that she needed on Halloween. She tracked it and it says it will get there today, that’s 3 days late!

It was just after 4 pm and I arrived pretty stressed because we'd been given the wrong turning directions at Craycroft and I needed my overnight package on the truck. I had called days ahead to the store on Speedway because I knew I would be cutting it close and had never sent anything by Fedex before. That clerk was friendly and informative. She told me it was very important NOT to come last minute but neglected a critical detail: that all customers needed to show a government issued ID. I had forgotten mine in the rush to get there so by the time I reached the counter and found this out, it was too late to backtrack home and return with the ID in time to make the 3:30 pm cutoff. They told me your store had a 4 pm cutoff but didn't know where you were on Broadway. Rush hour/school traffic added to the fact I am disabled, don't have a car, and rely on public transit... I knew I was sunk. Another customer had been listening in however. She had a car. She said let's try for it, where do you live? So we hopped in her car, raced to my house for the ID, sped across town to Broadway and made tracks down to Craycroft - all while she was on her phone trying to find out which store you were and where you were because I didn't have my phone either. The man who picked up at your store answered right away, which was very reassuring. He gave us directions in a calm and friendly manner. We felt encouraged. Then we got a little lost. It turned out the man had mixed up his lefts and rights. We arrived, panicked, minutes after 4. Luckily the truck had not yet arrived. The counter people were very good about broadcasting this fact which made all of us in line feel better. When I reached the counter, I was assured my package would definitely make the truck. It may not seem like much, but keeping customers continuously updated in a stressful situation like this means the world. I got the feeling the men were very experienced and that the rush times of day did not throw them. They cheerfully did their job and we all got processed quickly and in time to make the truck (which was only a little late). My newfound friend was as impressed as I was by the kindness and efficiency shown by the men at the counter. Moral of the story: Don't forget your ID!!!
