    I was shipping two heavy boxes to the UK, and had never shipped there before. Eli helped me estimate the correct box sizes, finalize the weight, and be as cost efficient as possible. On top of this, the POS system crashed when everything was finalized and before payment. Eli decided to take a late lunch in order to redo all of the work related to getting these packages shipped. Wow. Over the top awesome. All-in-all Eli helped me for about an hour on this shipment and went so above and beyond that I’d have to write a novel to detail everything he did to make my life easier in relation to this shipment. Thanks for everything!

    My visit to the store for self-serve copying was very satisfying. I had a question about the payment screen. Your system demands that the customer choose an amount for the transaction without informing the customer that they will be charged only the amount used for copies. This is an unnecessarily confusing system. However, Abe was quite helpful with the entire experience.

    I had to make a print for mothers day (thanks for the reminder, cleo!) She coached us through the whole process and even gave me the fun job of pressing start! Impactful even at an only 10-15 min visit!

    I ship packages from this location regularly. Eli has been my sales person the last two times I've shipped. Each time he has been helpful, patient and professional when I change my mind about delivery after the label has been printed and the receipt is in my hand. Eli makes the change with smile. He is knowledgeable about Fedex services and gladly shares the information. Eli is a standout member of this locations team.
