Eli helped me estimate the correct box sizes, finalize the weight, and be as cost efficient as possible. On top of this, the POS system crashed when everything was finalized and before payment. Eli decided to take a late lunch in order to redo all of the work related to getting these packages shipped. Wow. Over the top awesome. All-in-all Eli helped me for about an hour on this shipment and went so above and beyond that I’d have to write a novel to detail everything he did to make my life easier in relation to this shipment. Thanks for everything!

Your system demands that the customer choose an amount for the transaction without informing the customer that they will be charged only the amount used for copies. This is an unnecessarily confusing system. However, Abe was quite helpful with the entire experience.
